Lead Instructor
Scott Willey
Scott Willey is the lead instructor and founder of Paladin Tower Tactics. Scott is a combat veteran who served as an infantryman and paratrooper in the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team in Vicenza Italy. While in Italy, God radically changed his life and called him and his family out of the military. He then entered a career in Law Enforcement in middle Tennessee.
After serving for 8 years, Scott took another step of faith and left his full-time career in Law Enforcement. During his time there he was assigned to the patrol division and SWAT team. In addition to this, he held several extra duties including firearms instructor and armorer. He has attended many law enforcement related courses and is a lifelong student. Scott is a Tennessee POST certified firearms instructor, a CQB instructor (certified through Lead Faucet Tactical), a red dot pistol instructor (certified through Modern Samurai Project), and he is a graduate of the FBI Firearms Instructor Course. Scott is serving in Law Enforcement part-time as a Reserve Sheriff's Deputy for an agency in middle Tennessee and is assigned to the SWAT team there. In 2024 Scott was called to plant The Testimony Church in Clarksville Tennessee. He currently serves as the head pastor of the church.
Scott has committed Paladin Tower Tactics to his Lord, Jesus the Christ. It is because of His blessing that the organization continues to grow. Scott's passion is that men and women everywhere would be reconciled to God through Jesus. He loves his country, and wants to equip his fellow Americans to not only be protectors of life, but thrive under the blessing of knowing God. Scott, his wife, and four children live in middle Tennessee and are thrilled to follow hard after Jesus as He continues to lead and care for them.

Rick is a lifetime shooter, hunter, and instructor. He has had decades of personal experience teaching folks how to shoot. His contribution to the students of Paladin Tower Tactics has been instrumental to shaping the organization.

Tucker started at Paladin Tower Tactics as a student. He quickly demonstrated an unmatched ability to master the curriculum, and established himself as an excellent teacher through his personal commitment to the craft and other students.

Like Tucker, Peter started at Paladin Tower Tactics as a student. He took to heart the importance of personal practice and has never stopped in his endeavor to be a lifelong student. These two qualities are what make him a good instructor and an integral part of Paladin Tower Tactics.

Joel is a former co-worker and teammate of Scott's at the same department. Joel is an accomplished shooter and has a great aptitude as a diagnostic instructor. Students have benefited from his experience in law enforcement, his training from the SWAT team, and his insight to tactics.
